Andy Copeland

Andy Copeland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and infusion services sectors. Currently serving as the Owner of Heartland Fleet Services since September 2024, Copeland previously held multiple executive roles at ARJ Infusion Services, including Executive Vice President of Specialty Operations and Chief Executive Officer, from May 2004 to September 2024. Additionally, Copeland was a Board Member of the National Home Infusion Association between April 2020 and September 2024. An alumnus of Missouri University of Science and Technology, Copeland earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering Management and Economics from 2000 to 2004.
