Jan Pollema

Jan Pollema is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the education and therapeutic riding sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Hearts and Horses Therapeutic Riding Center since April 2013, Jan has been instrumental in program development as Program Director from 1999 onwards. Previously, Jan owned Pollema Data Services from 1996 to 2010 and taught science at Mountlake Terrace High School from 1991 to 1994. Jan holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Secondary Science Education from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Colorado State University.
