Jon Adams

Jon Adams is an experienced General Manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry, currently leading Heartwood Collection since April 2022. Previously, Jon served as General Manager at Côte Brasserie from January 2017 to May 2022 and at PizzaExpress from September 2012 to January 2017, where responsibilities included achieving sales targets and maintaining quality standards while motivating team performance. Earlier in Jon's career, an Assistant Manager role involved supporting the achievement of sales targets and ensuring regulatory compliance in stock management and restaurant maintenance. Academically, Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Astrophysics from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 2007 and 2011, and attended Culford School from 1996 to 2006.
