Richard Rosenberg

Richard Rosenberg serves as General Counsel at Heath Consultants Incorporated since July 2023 and is the Managing Attorney at The Law Offices of Richard M. Rosenberg, PLLC since May 2022, providing strategic legal counsel to senior executives on various business matters. Previously, Richard held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at U.S. Zinc from 2008 to October 2021, overseeing multiple departments including Sustainability, Human Resources, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality, and established the legal department at the same company. Before that, Richard served as General Counsel for Hearthstone Assisted Living from 1998 to 2008, advising on real estate, financing, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management for a large organization. Richard holds a JD from The University of Texas at Austin and a BSM in Accounting from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
