Jessica Pendergrass

Jessica Pendergrass is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and compliance matters. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Heaven Hill Brands since November 2018, Jessica is responsible for overseeing all corporate and commercial legal issues, managing outside counsel, and developing regulatory strategies for the spirits industry. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions such as Senior Corporate Counsel for Government Contracts and Export Compliance at Siemens PLM Software and has experience in real estate transactions and litigation support from earlier roles at Baran Telecom Co., Hoffman Angeli LLP, and Brian Harris & Co. Jessica holds a J.D. in Business and International Law from Lewis & Clark Law School, a Certificate in International and Comparative Law from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a BA in Fine Art: Photography and Communications from the University of Louisville.
