Cara Bartolomeo

Cara Bartolomeo is a dedicated Physical Therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University. Since April 2021, Cara has been employed at Hebrew SeniorLife, delivering comprehensive patient care alongside an interdisciplinary team. Previous experience includes roles at AbbottCare, Therapy Specialists, Bay State Physical Therapy, and Elder Service Plan, where responsibilities encompassed conducting evaluations, providing physical therapy treatments, and assisting with discharge planning.
