Daniel Fournier, M.Sc, CCXP, CSL, Adm. A., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and sales. As President of DFSA (Daniel Fournier Stratégies d’Affaires inc.) since November 2018, Daniel specializes in CX strategy, mapping, sales, training, and measurement. Additionally, Daniel serves as a senior consultant at ESG+ and as a trainer and business facilitator at École des dirigeants HEC Montréal and HEC Montréal. Daniel's previous roles include Vice President of Customer Experience at hatem+d and several senior sales positions at L'Oréal and The Coca-Cola Company.
