Sébastien Auger

Sébastien Auger, M. Sc, currently serves as the Compensation and Benefits Lead for the Americas at Microsoft, a position held since January 2019, with additional responsibilities as Compensation and Benefits Lead for Canada and HR Manager & Lead of Performance and Rewards, focusing on Employee Relations, Performance, and Total Compensation.
