Project and Procurement Team

The Project and Procurement Team at Heidelberg Materials Northern Europe is responsible for overseeing and managing various strategic projects and procurement activities across the company's operations in Northern Europe. This includes leading IT projects, operational procurement, and CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) procurement, as well as spearheading initiatives for strategy and business development. The team ensures efficient resource allocation and procurement processes to support the production and distribution of building materials such as cement, aggregates, ready-mixed concrete, and precast elements.
