Laurence Aerden

Laurence Aerden is an experienced professional in human resources and digital transformation, currently serving as a Senior Expert in HR Processes and Digital Transformation Projects at HeidelbergCement since May 2008. Laurence has held various roles within the company, including HR Manager for the Western Southern Europe area and HR Officer for the T.E.A.M. region, which encompasses Northern Europe, Benelux, the UK, Africa, and the Mediterranean Basin. Prior to joining HeidelbergCement, Laurence worked as a Senior Quality Control Representative at Blizzard Entertainment from October 2005 to May 2008 and served as an HR Administrator at First Active for a brief period in 2005. Laurence holds a Diplome d'études approfondies in Cognitive Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles (2002-2003) and a Bachelor's degree in Social & Organisational Psychology from Vesalius College (1997-2001).
