Serge Montagne

Serge Montagne is an experienced professional in the cement and construction materials industry, currently serving as the Technical Director of Cement Operations Benelux at HeidelbergCement since January 2019. Prior roles include Cement Plant Manager at CBR Antoing and Plant Manager at Remacle Béton within CRH. Serge's expertise extends to consulting through SEMCO+, focusing on cement manufacturing and alternative resources. Notable achievements include leading operations at Geocycle and Holcim, enhancing performance, quality, and resource utilization in cement plants across France and Belgium. Serge holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from HELHa, a Master in Management from EPM, and has completed various business programs at IMD.
