Nell Hardie

Nell Hardie is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as Head of People at Heidi Health, Nell has held various leadership roles including People Lead at Blackbird and Head of Talent at Reinventure Group. Previous experience includes serving as Principal at Derwent Digital and holding multiple titles at the Harvey Nash Group, including Head of Technology and Digital Practice, Principal Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant. Nell Hardie earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Sports Science from The University of Edinburgh between 2007 and 2011.
