Alan Carson

Alan Carson is a senior design professional with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Principal and Director of Engineering at Heidt Design since February 2011. Expertise includes the design and permitting of various residential and commercial development projects, mixed-use communities, and roadway projects, with a strong focus on stormwater management systems, grading and drainage plans, potable water distribution, wastewater collection systems, and wastewater lift stations. Previous roles include Vice President at BCI Engineers & Scientists, Inc. and Project Engineer at Heidt & Associates, Inc. Alan Carson holds a Master of Civil Engineering in Water Resources Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University.
