Daniel Ruvalcaba is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Maintenance Supervisor and Manager at Plenty® since September 2018, Daniel oversees maintenance team supervision, maintenance planning, and inventory management while contributing to the efficiency of the world's largest farm in the Bay Area. Previously, Daniel served as a Construction Project Engineer in the US Army, where responsibilities included ensuring zoning and safety on construction sites. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager of Operations at El Pollo Loco, Inc., overseeing multiple restaurant locations and analyzing financial metrics, and as Lead Cashier at Panda Express, Inc. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Business Management & Financial Accounting from City College of San Francisco, an Associate of Science in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from College of the Canyons, and ongoing studies in Graphic Design at ITT Technical Institute.
