Anna Lawan

Anna Lawan is an experienced professional in the fields of video production and education, currently serving as a freelance camera operator and editor for RTL Belgium and BX1 since 2021 and 2015 respectively. Lawan has been engaged with Vidéaste since 2013, participating in various institutional and artistic collaborations, including work with UCL LOCI ARCHITECTURE and the RAMDAM FESTIVAL. In addition to freelance roles, Lawan has been an educator at HELHa—Haute École Louvain en Hainaut since 2017, specializing in video communication. Previous experience includes a role as a freelance journalist and camera operator for notélé from 2008 to 2020. Educational qualifications include two Master’s degrees, one in Information-Communication and another in General Biology, as well as additional certifications in documentary production and creativity training with Adobe Creative Cloud.
