Paul Saint-Donat

Paul Saint-Donat is an experienced operations leader and advisor with a diverse background in venture capital, investment management, and operational support. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Helius since June 2024, Paul specializes in high-performance infrastructure and developer tools for Solana. As an advisor, partner, and principal at dlab since October 2018, Paul has led 24 investments and managed the transition to a flexible investment structure, supporting numerous portfolio companies. Previous experience includes operations management at SOSV, client consulting at Morgan Stanley, and analyst roles at Knox Partners and Acer Finance. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Economics with a minor in Art History from Hunter College.
