Brad Fruend

Brad Fruend has over 20 years of experience in operations engineering and technical services, currently serving as Operations Engineering North & South America for HELLA since August 2005, focusing on design for manufacturing and process technology. Previous roles at HELLA include Manager of Technical Services - Processes and Regional ESD Engineer & Coordinator, overseeing electrostatic discharge processes across multiple locations. Before joining HELLA, Brad Fruend worked as Line Technology Leader at Kimball Electronics Group, handling process engineering for SMT lines, and as Maintenance Engineer II at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, supervising maintenance technicians. Brad Fruend holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an Associate in Applied Science in Industrial Technology/Technician from Kaskaskia College.
