Sofia Karma

Sofia Karma is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at e-Share since July 2021, with a previous role as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS from October 2018 to July 2021. Sofia has demonstrated expertise in staffing needs analysis, candidate sourcing, recruitment strategies, and HR reporting.
