Amber McMillan

Amber McMillan has a robust background in community outreach, sales development, and counseling. Currently serving as a Community Growth Representative at Alma since June 2022, Amber previously worked as a Sales Development Associate at Better from April to December 2021. Prior to that role, Amber held positions as an Advocate Counselor at Goddard Riverside Community Center and as a Personalization Specialist and Ambassador at Tiffany & Co. Additional experience includes a Guidance Counselor Internship at Urban Assembly School of Business for Young Women, Assistant Dean at Lexington Academy, Student Advocate at Promise Academy Charter School, Child Care Coordinator at Lions Tigers and Bears Daycare, and College Tour Coordinator at College Confidant. Amber holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from The College of New Rochelle and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hampton University.
