Jillian Mauro

Jillian Mauro is an experienced professional with a diverse background in credentialing, insurance operations, and the performing arts. Currently serving as Credentialing Team Lead and Insurance Operations Specialist at Alma since February 2021, Jillian has also held significant roles in the theatre community, including Assistant Director/Choreographer at The Actor's Camp and Director/Choreographer at Lower Hudson Valley Youth Theatre. Previous experience includes working as a Membership/Sales Advisor at Krav Maga Experts, and leading sales and customer service at Elements Massage®. Jillian's early career involved performing and directing for MCT, as well as marketing roles at Muhlenberg College, where a Bachelor of Arts was obtained.
