Sam Richards is an experienced culinary professional specializing in recipe development and writing. Currently serving as the Recipe Development Lead at HelloFresh since September 2022, Sam previously held the position of Recipe Writer at Abel & Cole from November 2014 to September 2022. Additionally, Sam has collaborated with various food brands, contributing to recipe writing, food styling, and consultancy. Earlier roles include a Fishmonger at Johnathan Norris Fishmonger and a Cafe Founder & Manager at RAY STITCH LIMITED.
