Nigel Morris

Nigel Morris is currently an advisor at Resolve. Nigel has over twenty years of experience in project management, having worked at Capital One Financial Corporation from 1997 to 2019. During their time at Capital One, Nigel led a program for enterprise integration, overseeing project management activities and directing and coaching IMO staff. Nigel also provided project and program management leadership for critical corporate initiatives, including performance management and annual and periodic budget planning. In addition, Nigel served as Chief of Staff for the Senior Vice President for Regulatory Advisory and headed the integrated branch regulatory applications process for changes to Capital One's retail bank branch network. Nigel has a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.

Nigel Morris has a MA in War Studies from King's College London, a BA (1st Class Hons) in Modern European Studies from the University of Nottingham, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in Agile project management from the Scrum Alliance, and a Stanford Certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University / IPS Learning.
