Michael Reinders

Michael Reinders is an experienced professional currently serving as Fleet Administrator at Helm since August 2022 and also holds the position of Trustee at Blackhawk Fire Department since December 2019. Previously, Michael managed transportation operations as Transportation Director for Winnebago School District from June 2004 to August 2022, overseeing drivers, vehicle procurement, and transportation planning. Michael has a background in library governance as a Trustee, including roles as Past President and current Vice President at Winnebago Public Library District from 2006 to May 2015. Michael began their career at Illinois Growth Enterprises, Inc. as a Production Manager, starting as a part-time truck driver in July 1984, and has technical experience from working at Meridian Implement, Inc. in equipment set-up and repair. Michael graduated from Winnebago High School in 1975.
