Penny MacIas

Penny Macias is an experienced program and project manager with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager in the Enterprise Project Management Office at Helmerich & Payne since August 2023, Penny leads a team of project managers in prioritizing multiple programs. Prior to this role, Penny worked as a Project Management Consultant at The Persimmon Group, where efforts focused on establishing operations in new countries and enhancing internal processes for international growth. Previous positions include Project Manager at Tyler Technologies, where projects involved implementing Land Records Management software, and at the City of Tulsa, where Penny improved operational efficiencies for city departments. Additional experience encompasses practice as an attorney specializing in property and immigration law at Macias Law Firm, and serving as a District Landman at Chesapeake Energy, where project management parallels were evident. Penny holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oklahoma State University.
