Lauren Zarrilli

Lauren Zarrilli, MBA, CPCU, ARM, AIS, currently serves as Team Manager II at Helmsman Management Services LLC, starting in October 2024, with a focus on launching a new account within Liberty's TPA space. Prior to this role, Lauren spent over 14 years as a Team Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from September 2010 to October 2024. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon (2020-2022), an Associates in Risk Management from The Institutes (2016), and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Evangel University (2006-2010).
