Seonghyun Nam

Seonghyun Nam is an accomplished User Experience Designer with extensive experience across various sectors, including nonprofit and digital health. Currently serving at Helping Hands Community since April 2020, Seonghyun focuses on enhancing user experiences to support vulnerable populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Seonghyun worked as a Product Designer at Phyxup, a digital health startup associated with Harvard Innovation Labs, where management of brand experience and user interface design was key. Experience as a UX/UI designer at Wishket contributed to the platform's growth in the IT outsourcing market in South Korea. Additional roles include a marketing internship at Kia Motors Corporation and user experience research at Korea University. Seonghyun is also a Graphic Designer with a background in the US Army. Educational achievements include a Master of Design Studies from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Korea University, alongside ongoing studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
