Sture Pettersen

Sture Pettersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Helse Nord RHF since September 2021, Sture has previously held key positions including Manager of E-health at Finnmarkssykehuset and Manager of Innovation and Implementation at the University Hospital of North Norway (UNN). Sture's expertise includes large-scale implementation of telemedicine and e-learning, with significant contributions as a Manager at Tromsø Telemedicine Laboratory and during a tenure as a Visiting Researcher at UC Davis Medical Center. Sture also has experience in technology transfer and commercialization of research at Norinnova Technology Transfer AS. Sture holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Administration from Nord University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
