The Finance and Analysis team at Helse Sør-Øst RHF is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial health of hospitals in southern and eastern Norway. They conduct strategic financial analyses, ensure accurate budget management, and provide financial oversight and reporting to support informed decision-making within the healthcare region.
