Antonia Does

Antonia Does is an Evaluation and Learning Advisor at Helvetas, a position held since January 2019, contributing to field programs and supporting external partners globally. With over a decade of experience in the human security and development sectors, Antonia excels in conflict management as a mediator and consultant for ImpactLinx Ltd. Previous roles include Programme Officer at the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination and evaluation, as well as research positions at the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform and Interpeace. Antonia holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs with a concentration in security and conflict management from the Geneva Graduate Institute, complemented by studies in Political Science at Sciences Po Aix and European Studies at Maastricht University.
