Marlou Knaapen

Marlou Knaapen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and strategic human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and Organizational Development Specialist at HEMA since June 2022, Marlou is responsible for initiating and executing projects aligned with HR policies and organizational goals. Prior to this role, Marlou worked at Deloitte Nederland from April 2017 to June 2022 as an HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included advising on HR strategy and performing workforce planning. Experience at Tele2 Nederland spanned roles such as HR Adviseur Retail and Learning & Development Assistant, focusing on HR processes and employee training. Earlier roles included junior positions at YoungCapital and Signicom, emphasizing recruitment and market research.
