Verena Ganter

Verena Ganter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of HR Legal at Hengeler Mueller since November 2024. Prior to this role, Verena held the position of Chief People Officer at AUCTUS Capital Partners AG from November 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading HR and C-Level recruiting for portfolio companies, as well as establishing the Italian office. Verena's career at McKinsey & Company spanned nearly a decade, during which time roles included Professional Development Specialist, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter for both the Middle East and German offices, with notable contributions to diversity and inclusion initiatives and leadership development.
