Michael Hodges, M.A., serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Diversity Recruiter at Hennepin Healthcare, where a focus on attracting diverse talent is paramount. Previously, Michael held the position of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Twin Cities Co-op Partners, demonstrating a commitment to fostering inclusive environments. Experience as an Academic Coordinator for TRIO Starting Point at Minneapolis Community and Technical College allowed Michael to support underrepresented students in their academic journeys.
