Shelly Nauertz

Shelly (Gove) Nauertz is an experienced professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager at Hennepin Healthcare. Previously, Shelly held the position of Sr. Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota and worked as a Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Best Buy, where responsibilities included managing the Women's Leadership Forum Program and Engagement. Additionally, Shelly has experience in international business development as the Key Accounts Manager at 3M. Shelly holds an HR Certification as an HR Generalist from the University of Minnesota and graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 1991.
