Brandon Tam

Associate Curator Of The Orchid Collection at The Huntington

Brandon Tam serves as the Associate Curator of the Orchid Collection at The Huntington, where responsibilities include management of an extensive collection of over 1,500 orchid species and 3,600 varieties. With a strong background in orchid curation and conservation, Brandon has spearheaded significant expansions at The Huntington and is recognized as the youngest accredited judge in the history of the American Orchid Society, where involvement includes roles as Director of Community Services and Trustee. In addition, Brandon contributes to Orchid Digest as Director and Editorial Board Member, provides leadership in PhalFanatics, and serves as Deacon at St. Mark's Chinese Lutheran Church. Educational achievements include a Plant Science degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
