Tina Lavinio-Mattinen

Tina Lavinio-Mattinen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropic development, currently serving as a Sr. Development Officer at Henry Ford Health System since July 2011. In this role, Tina is instrumental in advancing Henry Ford Macomb Hospital by collaborating with the hospital's CEO, physicians, and administrators to establish funding priorities, as well as fostering relationships with current and prospective donors, successfully securing multiple gifts exceeding $1 million. Previously, Tina worked as a Development Specialist at Clintondale Community Schools from October 2000 to July 2005, where responsibilities encompassed supporting the superintendent’s office and organizing the Clintondale Educational Foundation’s annual fundraising event. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Oakland University, achieved in 2003.
