Michael Grytz

Michael Grytz has extensive experience in management and business development across multiple organizations. Since March 2016, Michael has served as the Head of Bid and Project Management for Security Solutions at HENSOLDT, as well as the Head of Business Incubator and Head of New Services, focusing on developing business opportunities and services for civilian markets. Prior to HENSOLDT, Michael held the position of Geschäftsführer at Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services Germany GmbH, an international service company with a vast workforce and multiple locations. Additionally, Michael worked at TEMPTON Service Plus GmbH as the Leiter der Profitcenter European Compliance Laboratory, overseeing product testing and certification services. Michael's educational background includes a Diplom in Feinwerktechnik from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg and a Diplom in Betriebswirt from VWA.
