Erin Banyas

Erin Banyas currently serves as Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at Herbalife, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Erin was with Stellantis from July 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities included Vice President and Director of Global Investor Relations. Erin's experience also includes directing External Financial Reporting, Consolidations, and Process Improvements at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from February 2013 to July 2015, and serving as Head of External Financial Reporting & Consolidations at Chrysler Group LLC from October 2010 to February 2013. Earlier career roles included various positions in external reporting and SEC financial reporting at Chrysler LLC, TriMas Corporation, Superior Consultant Holdings Corporation, and Grant Thornton LLP. Erin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting, both from Michigan State University.
