Margarita Palåu-Hernåndez, nominated by the President of the United States to serve as United States Representative to the United Nations General Assembly 73rd Session with the rank of Ambassador, is the founder and chief executive officer of Hernandez Ventures, a private firm engaged in the acquisition and management of a variety of business interests.
