Tim Rice

Tim Rice is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Cyber Security Lead at Herc Rentals since July 2019. As the Founder of HackRange, a non-profit organization aimed at mentoring military veterans and women in tech, Tim focuses on bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience in cyber security. Tim's prior experience includes roles such as Security Team Lead at MEDNAX, Sr. Systems Security Engineer at Magic Leap, and Senior Security Architect at Confidus, where Tim co-founded the company. Tim's journey in technology began in the US Navy, followed by various positions, including Microsoft Exchange Administrator at State Farm and Senior Network Engineer at Edward Jones. Tim holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
