Adine Grate

Adine Grate is a well-known and respected professional in the European investment community. She spent 13 years at Investor AB where she was an EVP and Executive Director on the Executive Board. Adine has extensive investment, strategy and corporate finance expertise and has been intimately involved with some of Europe’s largest M&A deals of the last 20 years. Adine has carved out a reputation as a highly effective Non-Executive Director, Committee Chair, Chair and Advisor. Her board experience ranges from large FTSE 100 companies to smaller private equity-backed businesses. She has deep domain knowledge, in particular in TMT (technology/media/telecom) and financial services. She is currently, amongst other things, Board member of G4S Plc and advisor to CKHH Holdings.
