Kristy Weaver

Kristy Weaver serves as the Senior Vice President and Regional Commercial Team Leader at Heritage Bank NW since May 2022. Previously, Kristy held the position of Senior Vice President and Team Leader for Southwest Washington at Pacific Continental Bank from April 2008 to May 2022, and also served as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Region Manager at Columbia Bank during the same period. Kristy's educational background includes attending the Pacific Coast Bankers School and the University of Washington, in addition to graduating from Washougal High School.
