Matt Shankle

Matt Shankle is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Heritage Community of Kalamazoo since July 2011, Matt oversees a sales team that generates over $7 million in new annual revenue and has implemented a new data tracking software for organizational use. In addition to this role, Matt serves as Director of Sales at Connected, LLC, a smart home technology startup, where partnerships are formed to enhance user experiences while providing long-term returns on investment. Previous positions include Director of Sales and Marketing at Heritage Community Homecare and Senior Coaching Consultant at PNC Bank, where Matt showcased exceptional sales skills and coaching abilities. Matt began the career as an Account Executive at Cumulus Broadcasting, focusing on client relationship building.
