Sharon MacBeath

Sharon MacBeath is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director and Non Executive Board Member at Hermès since 2016, Sharon has also held board positions at Coface since 2014 and previously served as EVP of Human Resources and Communication at Tarkett from 2017 to 2019. Notable earlier roles include SVP Human Resources Group at Rexel (2013-2016) and SVP Human Resources & Communication at Redcats (2005-2013), where Sharon led a corporate HR team through a significant transformation. Sharon's foundational experience includes serving as Global Human Resources Director at REXAM Plc (1999-2005), Managing Director at EMDS Consulting (1995-1999), and HR Manager at McDonald's Corporation (1991-1995). Educationally, Sharon holds an EMBA from INSEAD, a Master's in Human Resources from the University of Paris I, and a BSc in Psychology & Management from the University of Glasgow.
