Bhavesh Dave

Bhavesh Dave has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Unsecured Loans at Hero FinCorp since February 2020, where responsibilities include strategic planning, sales operations, and team leadership to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Bhavesh spent a decade at Bajaj Finance Ltd, where positions included National Head of Unsecured Professional and Prospect Personal Loans, and National Head of Remedials, focusing on rural term loans and delinquency normalization during challenging macroeconomic conditions. Additional experience includes significant roles at GE Capital Services India and Kotak Mahindra Bank, as well as foundational experience as Branch Head at Ashok Leyland Finance Ltd. Bhavesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gujarat University.
