Regina's extensive experience at Wipro Limited includes roles such as Head of Service Line Hiring and Global Head of Organization Capability and Talent Management, where accountability extended to over 3000 employees. Earlier experience at Bharti Airtel Limited involved leading HR operations for the B2B business and overseeing talent management and development initiatives. Regina began the career as a Consultant at the Centre for Growth Alternatives. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Organizational Psychology from Delhi University and a Graduation in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College.
