Lerato Mokoena

Lerato Mokoena currently serves as a Draughtsman at Herotel since April 2022 while also working as a Fibre Route Surveyor/Planner at Vumatel since June 2016. In the role at Vumatel, Lerato Mokoena is responsible for surveying proposed sites, interacting with clients, measuring infrastructure, and planning routes in accordance with the company’s network design. Previous experience includes the position of Junior Fibre Technician, where responsibilities encompassed fibre installation, circuit provisioning, splicing, maintenance, and testing. Lerato Mokoena holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Central University of Technology (2014-2017) and a National Certificate in Information Technology System Support from Mictseta (2021-2022).
