Timothy Clark

Timothy Clark is an experienced limnologist with a strong background in water quality management. Currently serving as Limnologist III at Herrera Environmental Consultants, Timothy previously worked at King County, WA, from May 2014 to August 2022, in various roles focusing on water quality planning and project management. Responsibilities included analyzing and modeling water quality to benefit human and ecological health, managing long-term water quality monitoring programs, and providing expert input for stormwater and wastewater projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Field and Lab Technician with the Indiana Clean Lakes Program, and an internship at the IU Office of Sustainability, enhancing bicycle infrastructure and ridership. Timothy holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Public Affairs in Water Resources from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Portland State University.
