Previously, Griggs held the position of Vice President of Finance and Interim CFO at SweetWater Brewing Company, where responsibilities included managing a $250M budget and driving $800M in revenue. With extensive experience across various leading companies such as Reynolds American Inc., Pabst Brewing Company, Campbell Soup Company, and Diageo, Griggs has consistently focused on financial operations, team leadership, and revenue growth. Griggs obtained an Executive MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Organizational Management from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Monmouth University.
