Ross Williams BA(Hons) MSc CQSW has over 20 years of experience in children's safeguarding, currently serving as the Interim Assistant Director of Family Safeguarding and Head of Family Safeguarding (East) at Hertfordshire County Council since January 2010. Prior roles include leadership positions such as Head of Family Safeguarding (East) and Head of Assessment Services for Children's Safeguarding. Ross also contributed as Deputy Project Director for Strengthening Families/Family Safeguarding, focusing on the rollout of the Family Safeguarding model under Department for Education (DfE) funding. Previously, Ross worked as Children's Service Manager at the London Borough of Newham from December 2001 to January 2010. Ross holds a Master of Science in Economics with CQSW from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
