Margo Chaly is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Executive Director and Chief Of Staff at the New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) since February 2021. Previously, Margo worked as the Manager of Litigation & Operations at Sheeley LLP from July 2019 to January 2021. Margo also held various positions at Chubb from May 2014 to June 2019, including Business Analyst focused on Claim Technology Optimization and UX, as well as Senior Claims Examiner in the Medical Liability Group. Earlier experience includes a role as Claims Analyst at AIG from February 2009 to May 2014, specializing in the Small Business Group and E&O claims. Margo holds degrees from Seton Hall University School of Law and Ithaca College.
